La Gomera

Cave of El Llano

It is a 648m lava tube in which the introduction of certain animal species throughout history is analysed. The cave of El Llano is a volcanic tube of considerable dimensions, located near Villaverde, which is accessed by a large jamming that divides it into two branches: one to the north, longer and slope and another to the south, slope above the colada.

of the Mills

Mills that populate the majoreros fields and that have become one of the most interesting signs of identity of the island. Mills that have survived the passage of time and that stand alone in the plains of the interior, near the villages or at the top of the scarce heights of an island marked by the horizontality of the majorero field. Agricultural facilities dating from the 18th and 19th centuries testify to this past that is worth exploring.
